I'm driving up the coast today. I'm going to hang out with some friends for the weekend up in Santa Barbara. My long term readers know Santa Barbara is one of my favorite places in the world. I love to visit whenever I can.
And yes, I know it's supposed to be raining part of the weekend. I don't care. It will still be nice to be in a different environment for a few days.
I've been restless lately. In fact, I was so restless last week I decided I need to change things up for awhile.
My hair now matches the polish on my toes.

-->I love that you're sassy enough to pull off the purple highlights. I would look like I fell asleep on a magic marker if I did it to my own hair. ha!

And did you get a new haircut too? Looks nice! Now if you can just bend your leg to keep your toes near your head everyone will notice this week-end that they coordinate nicely. Hee hee..... Well, that's what I do anyway. :-)

Ah, Santa Barbara. On Saturday afternoons down on the beach, there's a great drum circle. While visiting my son in Ventura last summer, we drove up and I played the whole afternoon with them. I took a djembe and bodhran. Drum circles are the BEST. THERAPY. EVER. Cuz, everybody needs to get their hippie on once in a while. And, now with the new hairdo, you'll fit right in. :-) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xF7YQhUQgTg&feature=related You should go.

I wish I had the balls to do that. Did you do it yourself? And how??? I love it!

You look amazing! I love the hair, and it's even cuter in real life. Thanks for lunch yesterday. I needed it so badly. Have a fun weekend in Santa Barbara.

Heh, heh. That's a song. Sort of.

You are just too cute!! I did that to mine once, along with my two youngest girls (3-5 at the time) only in pink. We loved it! I hope you have as much fun as we did.

I like it! Makes me wish my hair wasn't so dark. All I can get to stick to mine is red and then, it only looks a little burgundy. Sigh.

Love it! Nothing says "sassy" like matching your hair to your toes!
