I was supposed to visit my daughter in Boston for Memorial Day weekend, but I had to cancel my plans.
Knowing I won't be making the trip has made me miss her more than usual.
I bought a few of her favorite flowers the other day just because.
It's nice to have them around, reminding me of her.

Beautiful photo. Was this done on your SLR or Instagram (or whatever that app is called?) Either way - it is lovely...and sunflowers are my favorite too.
